About Debt Intercept Services

Debt Intercept Services works with Mississippi county governments and county-owned hospitals to collect unpaid debts (such as solid waste bills, justice court fines, and other unpaid fines and fees). Collections are made by intercepting a debtor’s Mississippi state income tax refund.
